We’re excited to introduce ourselves—Action Sod. Our journey began almost four decades ago with a singular focus on sod installation. Over the years, we expanded our operations by establishing sod farms and strategically branching out to serve diverse regions, thereby catering to a wider clientele. Understanding the importance of adapting to varying weather conditions, we set up multiple farm
locations to ensure a consistent supply of stock, further diversifying our services.
As we cemented our position in the industry, we consciously transitioned into offering comprehensive landscaping design and installation services. This evolution included irrigation, landscaping solutions, and providing all as a culmination of our efforts.
With a longstanding history, our full-service nursery remains a vital asset to the local community. Our commitment to serving wholesale clients, landscapers, contractors, municipal organizations, and individual homeowners has remained steadfast.
Approximately ten years ago, we ventured into the realm of Hardscape services. We currently service commercial installations, home builders, developers and homeowners.

Containerized & Field Grown Trees
Action Sod began its tree farming operations many years ago, and specialized in several varieties and cultivation of trees and palms.
Sod & Improved Turf
Action Sod draws on its extensive pasture acreage plus other outside sources, to harvest excellent quality sod year-round. In addition, Action Sod has approximately 500 acres of improved turf. Farming our own sod provides us with the ability to better control the quality, pricing, and production to meet any demand. Our improved turfs are tailored for commercial and residential landscapes, as well as for golf courses and sports fields. All our turf is available in pallets, and/or big rolls. Detailed attention to quality results in excellent turf for our customers.

Action Sod has more then twenty years of experience as a leader in the agribusiness. We produce sod and improved turf grasses, containerized, and filed grown trees. Over the years Action Sod has earned a reputation for quality in everything it does, and our customers buy with the confidence that comes from knowing that we have the experience, resources, and personnel to stand behind out products and services.

Beyond the business aspect, Action Sod is a leader in environmental caution, and water management, using low-volume irrigation methods and minimizing the use of valuable groundwater supplies. Whether it is preservation of sensitive habitat, extensive use of alternative water sources or implementation of best management practices. Action Sod is also a leader in making natural resource management a part of every land-management decision.
We also have a complete selection of many other landscape material such as, Mulch, Soil, Sand, Rocks, Decorative Rocks sold by bag, yard or by truckload.
