Topsoil
Topsoil is the nutrient-rich upper layer of soil that supports plant growth by providing essential nutrients and improving water retention.

It also fosters beneficial microbial activity, which enhances soil health and plant vitality.
Soil Mix 50/50
A 50/50 soil mix typically consists of equal parts topsoil and organic matter, like compost or peat moss.

This blend enhances drainage, improves nutrient availability, and promotes healthy root growth, making it ideal for gardening and planting.
Soil Mix 70/30
A 70/30 soil mix consists of 70% topsoil and 30% organic matter, providing a balance that retains moisture while ensuring good drainage and aeration.

This mix is beneficial for a variety of plants, as it offers ample nutrients and improves soil structure without becoming too compacted.
Soil Mix 80/20
An 80/20 soil mix comprises 80% topsoil and 20% organic matter, which provides excellent drainage and stability while still offering some nutrient enrichment.

This ratio is often suitable for established plants or gardens where good water retention is desired without overly compacting the soil.

Screen Sand / Gruesa
Pearock

A fine, clean sand combined with aggregates like gravel or crushed stone.

This blend is often used in construction for creating strong concrete, providing good drainage, and ensuring stability in projects like patios, walkways, and retaining walls. It can also be beneficial for landscaping applications where improved drainage is needed.

Lawn sand is a mixture of fine sand, fertilizer, and sometimes herbicides, designed to improve the health and appearance of lawns.

It helps with leveling uneven ground, enhancing drainage, and providing essential nutrients for grass growth while controlling weeds if it contains herbicides.
Screen sand is a finely graded sand that has been sifted to remove larger particles and debris, resulting in a smooth texture.

It's commonly used in construction, for creating smooth surfaces in concrete, as a top dressing for lawns, or as a base material for pavers and other hardscaping projects.
Pea rock (1/4"), also known as pea gravel, consists of small, rounded stones typically about the size of a pea.

It's often used in landscaping for pathways, driveways, and drainage applications, providing excellent drainage while creating a visually appealing surface that helps prevent soil erosion and compaction.
Rock '57
Rock 'Ballast'
Lime Rock 'Construction'

Rock '57, also known as #57 stone, consists of crushed limestone or granite gravel with a size of 3/4".

It is commonly used for drainage, as a base for driveways, and in concrete production due to its good compaction properties and ability to promote water flow.

Rock ballast consists of large, crushed stones or gravel, with a size of 1".

It helps with drainage, preventing water accumulation and maintaining the alignment of the tracks, while also reducing vegetation growth that could interfere with rail operations.
Lime Rock 'Construction', used in construction is a sedimentary rock that is primarily composed of calcium carbonate.

It serves various purposes, including as a base material for roads and foundations, an aggregate in concrete, and a component in asphalt, providing strength, durability, and excellent drainage properties.
